Pram to push chair

hi just out of curiosity i have a silver cross 3d. I've been using the car seat attachment on the Pram since birth. just found out that it isn't good for babies to keep them in the car seat for ages, changing to the Pram but i was just wondering when can i put her in the pushchair part. i can lay the pushchair completely flat so can i use it like that. my daughter is 9 weeks old.

if the pushchair is lieing flat then its fine from birth

She will be fine in the pushchair part of it now as it lays down flat :)
