Replacing nappies, where can I buy?

I'm in a bit of a nightmare situation. A friend of a friend lent me some 5th/ 6th hand bamboo nappies that have gone round an NCT group. My daughter was ill a lot, resulting in MANY very runny nappies each day. I couldn't face washing over 10 runny nappies a day after a few weeks and hardly used the set, and put them in storage. I tried to give them back but she insisted I keep them and pass them on to the next person or for my next, as she will have no more babies herself. Now the friends have fallen out (and I'm not flavour of the month as a result) and the woman wants them back NOW, on principle to pass on to another person instead. The problem is I passed them on, and the woman has buggered off with them. I have no proof I was told this was ok.
I'm being hassled for hundreds in cash to replace them.I'll admit I've never really got on with the woman and I'm loathe to hand over so much cash to replace well used nappies (as well as not having it). Is there any site where I can buy ussed nappies, in a similar condition to replace like for like? Ebay has them new.

The nappy tree does them
I could sell you my little lambs first size but they have only done 2 children so she would be getting a better set of nappies
