DS3 hasn't had any solids for three weeks, this happened when he was getting teeth at 7 months and all four top ones arrived after two weeks of no solids. Always been picky at eating but a reasonable appetite now cries if offered any on spoon or in hand or placed near him, decided not to make a deal of it. Health visitor says its just teeth and today gp said the same - but three bottles of cows milk in 24 hr period is about right??? and isn't that keen on these has 5 of 7 oz and sip of water in day.

Am i worrying over nothing? Was weighed today on 50th centile and is 9.9kg

Just wish he'd have something :-c

Gosh, that's a long time. Maybe it's time to go to GP in case there's an ear/throat infection? He'll start losing weight. We've been through some heinous teething in this house, but neither of them stopped eating for that long.

All the best, hope he starts eating soon...

In the meantime, would he drink smoothies? I often make them for DS2 who has a terrible diet. Avocado, banana and apple juice has lots of nutrients

No advice on the eating but you can get liquid vitamin supplements for children. Might be useful.
