I had to run out of the room to get wet wipes to clear up a little smelly accident from 9 month DD, in that time DS found the list i had written to remind me what i had got him and read all that was on it. He asked if he was really getting a monster hoodie, i had to lie and say no, that the list was before i lost my job and unfortunately i couldn't afford all the things on that list and i threw it in the bin in front of him. This is the last year i think that he believes in Santa and really want to enjoy the childhood memories we will create. What will i say when he does open the presents that were on the list and he remembers?? I haven't told anyone as i feel a right prat for leaving the list lying around anyway
