Small cuts on daughters leg

My daughter uses pampers active 3, and she's still within the recommended sizing. Recently I have noticed 2 small cuts on her upper thigh just below where the blue adhesive tab is on the nappy.
We have check all nappies and clothing for any possible sharp edges but haven't found anything.

Has anyone else had this or a similar problem, we are very happy with the pampers brand but worried about the cuts/scratches.

I would try moving her up to size 4, we had this with huggies size 2, and then moved her up to size 3 - it just means your baby is slightly long or legs dont quite fit right in the gap, even if they are within the right weight (by weight alone our baby could still fit into the size 1 nappies)

Poor little lamb, you could try nappies like the pampers superdry to see if they fit differently too.
