Punjabi or Hindi

does anyone know where I can find a class or tutor to teach my children hindi or punjabi in the West London area?

No idea about your area, but where we are, the local gurdwara does punjabi classes and the Hindu temple does Hindi classes. Punjabi classes are free of charge, there is a nominal fee for the Hindi.

i know some do but i want them to focus on learning to speak the language as opposed to writing it. I will look into it though. Thanks.
