my almost four year old daughter gets hyperactive when she is overtired, particularly around 5-7pm. i know its very normal, but need some advice, techniques, etc on how to deal with her during this time. she literally runs up and down the house and it bloodly annoys me, winds me up and some days there is alot of shouting . she's not being naughty but seems to have more energy.
i dont want to switch the TV as she doesn't sleep well if she watches TV after 5pm.
can anyone help???
