Would the vege hater like stir fry do you think? Sugar snap peas / baby corn / carrot strips are really nice stir fried with a splash or soy, a spoon of honey and some chilli flakes and eaten with noodles. Can add tofu, or cashew nuts or even omelette strips for protein.

Homemade pizzas with sliced peppers etc. My two girls like them made out of pitta bread, with red pesto as the sauce bit.

Maybe should have mentioned (proud of them both )one works full time and both are home for lunch and tea most days due to proximity to work and school. Any suggestions welcome. Cheers!

Meant in the nicest possible way - I think they should be doing some of the cooking. A couple of nights a week for each of you and maybe a take out then you'l get some more variety.
