telling lies and toilet talk

My five year old ds has recently taken to telling small lies eg today he told his school friend he hadn't had a sweet even though he had so that he would be given another one. We explained that lying is wrong etc but he's being doing it a lot recently and I was wondering if it was normal?

Also, when he's with his friends it seems like every other word is poo, willy, bum etc. Although i don't mind this talk in small doses, it really starts to grate on me. Is this all normal five year old behaviour, or shoud I be worrying?

Thanks
