Cloth nappy users, how long between changes?

I know it will vary, but on average, if they're not dirty, how long would you expect to be able to go between nappy changes broadly speaking?

A couple of hours? Until they start leaking? Just depends what type of nappies you have and how much your little one wees!

Mine used to go between feeds in terry squares, so that was up to 4 hours (unless of course they were dirty) But I also always changed before a nap. Overnight, they went 14 hours in 2 terry squares, with a wool nappy cover.

My Flips last 3-4hrs. At night I use Bamboozle stretchies with a Motherease wrap and I have got 12hrs out of this little combo!

Depends if you keep checking and change every time they are wet or just do on routine. I always change before and after each nap, so that ends up being anywhere from 2-4 hours. At night he's in a fuzzibunz with 2 inserts and that is for 11 hours. And for first morning nap I use 2 inserts as he always pees a lot during that nap, the rest of the time I just use 1 insert and so far have never had leakage problems.

What age?
Similar to disposables I think - about every 2-3 hours as a newborn, about 6-8 a day around 3 months, down to 3-4 a day by a year.

Mine (6mo) goes 5 hours max in a Bumgenius with both inserts before it is soaked. Bamboo stretchy with insert and booster lasts 12 hours at night (if only he would go 12 hours without waking!!!). Hope that helps.
