Hives on waking?

In the last week or so DD has been waking up with rashes of hives on various bits of her. Not massive areas - a finger's-breadth type thing - and not in the same place twice. They disappear quite quickly after waking and don't seem to be associated with bites or anything like that. I've changed her duvet, pillow, bedding, washed everything, disinfected the frame of her cot and her floor and I can't think of anything else to clean! (It's not a reaction to cleaning products as it was happening before I started blitzing her stuff.) She woke up from her nap today with stripes of hives across her tummy and some around where her nappy had printed on her hips. They don't seem to bother her in the least. Any thoughts, anyone? I've run out of ideas!
