Flip Disposable Inserts has anyone used them?

We are going away for a few days at Xmas & I'm thinking of trying the Flip disposable inserts. I already have 2 Flip outers.

Has anyone used them?
What are they like?
How absorbent are they?

Don't do it! I love my flips, I have both stay dry and organic inserts and am really happy with the absorbancy. But we've just come away for the week and as the place we are staying doesn't have a washing machine I bought the disposable inserts. DD has today alone soaked through two and her trousers in a matter of an hour or so each time. Once the gel went all over her, yuk. So I'd say not very absorbent and still pretty large compared to a disposable. And very expensive! Next time I will just use an eco-friendly disposable, I've had good results from beaming baby ones.

Worst of both worlds, totally pointless, not eco-friendly. Just use washables when you can and disposable nappies when you can't.
