Hi there,
Bit of background..my baby girl is a silent refluxer( medicated dompidore/rantidine), formula fed (nutremagen aa) milk protein intolerant, weighs 17 lb and I have started weaning with pureed carrot/sweet potato/swede at lunch after bottle and rice/fruit puree after eve bottle. Her feed times approx are 7, 11, 2.30 5.30 and 7.30 she goes down to sleep around 7.45 and will wake usually 3 times a night and take around 3oz each time, she will not settle without feed. I am soo tired and would love just a 6 hr run of sleep...am I living in a dream world?Advice very much welcome : )
PS tried Gina Ford but cnt stick to it (terrace house and she will literally cry for over hour if left)
Thank you x

Hiya,
does she fall asleep on the bottle? sounds like she may not be taking enough at each feed-my 19 week son has 7oz at each feed. x

And 7oz sounds like quite a lot but agree that for a 19 week old 3oz isnt much either! Pureed fruit and veg is less calorific than milk - is there a specific reason she is being weaned early? If not I would concentrate on getting more milk into her during the day.
