We're a bilingual family - my DH is french and DS is in a bilingual stream at school. But we've noticed he's struggling with learning the french side of the phonics compared to the english. I don't want to become heavy handed with this but does any one know of any web based games or printables we can do at home. Unfortunately my DH travels a lot at the moment so I will have to do some of it - not ideal I know so any web sites with audio is especially useful
Any recommendations? Thanks

This is the phonetics based system our children's maternelle / primaire use.

The Jolly Phonics photocopiable manual is available in a French edition which can be bought from amazon.fr. Any use?

Do you have an iPad? There are some French apps, e.g Frenchtchie, might be worth a shot?

The market for phonics ("la phonologie") teaching resources is much less developed in France than in the UK. Literacy is not systematically taught through phonics in France yet.

Try looking on amazon.fr and search for "phonologie".
