Crawling and disturbed sleep

My DD is 8mo and has always been a very good sleeper. The one period where this was not the case was when she learned to roll from
her back to front and would frequently wake up crying because she'd rolled over in her sleep and couldn't get back. It lasted about a month and then she stopped rolling and started sleeping through again.

In the last 3 or 4 weeks she has learned to crawl and we're back to the frequent wakings. She'll wake up as she's on her front on a good night once or twice, on a bad night 8 or 9 times. Theoretically she can turn back over on to her back but seems incapable of doing this at night. Has anyone been through this and if so any tips? Thanks.

Yes just been through this. I'm afraid my only tip is to stop counting the number of times you get up. It does pass.
