Very happy we have three dc but feeling a bit low, snappy and sad last few days, maybe a week. Just flat really. Last dc but up til now have felt very fine so not sure it's that. Dd2 sleeps well so not hugely sleep deprived although tired. House has been a bit if a state and still not great so that might come into it. But maybe it's a bit of "party's over" with the newborn thing-saw friend's brand new baby and didn't want another one but I do love the tiny baby stage. Anyway, my family felt it today, had proper house is a mess rant. Need to snap out of it but also be kind to myself.

I feel like that sometimes and I'm the mum of one solitary 11yo. I also go on 'this house is a mess' rants, get into whirlwind tidying mode and drive said 11yo nuts. Yes, be kind to yourself. Make sure you're eating well.... maybe take a multivitamin as a safety-net. Give other members of the household more jobs to do... even tinies can put toys away. If life was never down, we'd never appreciate the ups. :)
