Can you change their pooing time?

DD3 (5) keeps waking up to poo at about 9 pm and we are having trouble getting her back to sleep!
They have dinner at 5:30-6pm, then bath at 7 and lights out at 8. Sometimes she's asleep sooner but she shares with her 8 yo old sister.
Anyone got any ideas???

What is she having for dinner? That's most likely to be causing a problem. High fibre or fruity stuff? Try boring plain dinners and see if that helps?

Avoid protein and fruit at dinner time. So have any meat etc at lunch, and stick to mainly carbs (mac cheese? jacket potato?) at dinner. Worked for us.
