Suddenly weeing everywhere

dd, who is nearly 3, has been toilet trained for about three months. She's had no accidents at all in the past month and half, but suddenly today has weed herself three times.

Normally she takes herself to the loo in plenty of time. She hasn't been clutching herself, and seems to not be aware at all that she needed to go. They have been fairly little wees, not like she was bursting and didn't make it, but more like random emptying. Her behaviour is fine, no sign of illness, fatigue etc. She's upset when she's weed herself so I don't think it's deliberate.

Any thoughts? I'm thinking this may be a sign of bladder infection or some other medical problem. She says she hasn't felt the wee coming.

Hoping for your collective wisdom to point us in the right direction.

I was going to say a UTI perhaps?
