Help! How do you collapse an armsreach cot?!

I've got an armsreach co-sleeper cot. Someone is coming round to collect it tomorrow and I can't for the life of me figure out how to fold it down so it fits in the bag. On the off-chance anyone is reading this who knows I'd be so grateful for any tips!

We borrowed a friend's and returned it a few months ago so I'm working from memory but.... I think there are two buttons either side (lateral sides, inner and outer) of the folding hinges that you need to squeeze quite firmly and then lift the hinge up or possibly push down. Each side has two hinges and need to fully fold each one to get it to fold completely. I think you also need to collapse the lower bars first before collapsing the upper bars. If it is the version with poppers and Velcro then I vaguely remember you needed to unclip these first. Hope this helps!!
