Mother and baby groups in Edinburgh

Hi there
I am new to all this, my dd is 5 weeks old. Can anyone tell me where I could find a morning baby activity or group local to me (I live near Tollcross)? Is there a baby massage class or music class or anything that you know of? I have someone who comes and helps in the afternoons but the mornings are really long.

Hi,

I'm in Mornigside so some of these might be abit far for you depending on where 'near' Tollcross you are.
Newington Library has Ryhme Time (songs and rhymes) every Wednesday at 11am and 1.45pm.
Monkey Music is held at the Eric Liddle Centre (not sure exactly when).
There is a baby and Toddler group at Mornigside Church on Cluny drive Mondays and Wednesdays 10 - 11.30. (perhaps a long way but a walk always breaks up the mornings!)
Warrender Swim centre also lets babies of 3 months + in their lessons so something to think about for the new year maybe?

Thats all I can think of for now, but I will have another think.
