Poo stains!

My ebf 6mo DD has left some impressive poo stains in her Bumgenius nappies. I rinsed them before putting them in the bucket (without managing to get all the poo off), then rinsed and washed as normal in the machine, but there are big stains left on the nappy and in the elastic/creases. I have started using disposable liners, now that we're starting weaning, but most of the stains are round the edges anyway, beyond the liner iyswim.

Any ideas for avoiding and removing the poo stains?!

Thanks.

Sunlight without a doubt!

Sunshine makes them disappear as if by magic.

Have them out in the (sort of) sun today ... will see what happens.

Just brought them in before the inevitable rain, and the sun seems to have done the job, even in the creases/crevices on the elastic. Hurray!
