Terry fold for 16lb baby?

I have been using the chinese fold so far and have been very pleased with how neat and effective it was. However DD has just got too big for it now and the nappy nippa keeps coming undone! My friend suggested the kite fold but I don't seem to be able to do it without having thick bits around DD's thighs and I was wondering if anyone can suggest a neat fold for my medium sized baby that doesn't involve rolling loads of spare nappy in at the sides of her legs? It always seems to poke out of the wrap and doesn't look very comfy!

We use bamboo terries with motherease wraps, by the way.

Thanks!

I use the origami fold from the info sheet on terrynappies.co.uk, works fine on DS who is 20lb ish now.
