Do you find it hard not to interfere?

When the kids are doing something arty?

My DD got a few arty things for her 4th birthday, but I feel they were aimed at a higher age group.
She has decorated a jewellery box and tonight is painting plaster fairy magnets.

I am having to come on here just to prevent myself interfering with her "creations"
I know that she will have great fun mixing the little pots of paint together to make sludgy grey and then splatting it on the fairies.

I guess deep down I want to be doing it...sigh

Okay I take it all back. Fairy number one is hideous, but each following fairy has been done better and with more care. The last one is positively fab

I was like that on Saturday when DD was making christmas decorations and paperchains.

I had to sit on my hands to stop myself from grabbing them and interfering
