Ok, so I've got used to being knackered, and to being mistaken for her granny (and at 44 I am older than some grans at our local school, believe me!) but finding that my close up vision is no longer good enough to detect headlice on a comb!!!!
I need bifocals before school starts- oh help!

Grin I am 45 and expecting number 2 (and worried out of my mind about it!). But, yes, when I went to see my GP I also commented that I need reading glasses and here I am procreating!!

There is no way I could do a nit check on my 6 yr old without my reading glasses on Smile.

DD told me I had a better 'tache than her dad. I had it threaded the next day.
She really embarrassed me at the weekend. We were staying with a friend and her newsagent came to collect some money that DF owed.
DD is very curious nosy and went to the front door. She shouted along the passage 'Mum, the woman here has a bigger moustache than you and hers is gray*'
I hid in the kitchen.
