Vitamins for toddlers

Can anyone recommend a really good all-round brand of vitamins for a 2 & 3 year old.

They do eat healthy, but due to a very heavy contact schedule with their birth parents (currently with me in foster placement) I feel they need an xtra boost.

Thanks Smile

I give my DS Abidec multivitamin syrup with Omega 3 -- it's lemon flavoured and DS loves it

There are those chewy sweet type ones, but DD (3) refuses. She would also refuse the lemon flavoured syrup if I bothered trying Sad
So I put Abidec drops (less than 1ml) into her hot chocolate, she can't taste it :)

DS (3.8) has these ones, and has done for a good 6 months or so I think. He actually asks me for them in the morning - although they taste vile to me - so they've been quite successful.

Boots A to Z multivitamins and Hollands & Barratts PreVites are both good. They both include iron.

The Bassetts chewy fruit pastilles are popular for mine too.
