Full fat milk or follow on milk??

Hi!
My h.v recommended that when my DD turned 1yo she should go onto full fat milk & stop the formula feeds she was on.
Does anyone do a bit of both? As the formula provides all the nutrients she needs, but I'm not sure about full fat milk-if that makes any sense?! Lol!!

There's absolutely no reason not to use full fat milk. You don't need the 'extras' of formula once they're eating a balanced diet and follow on milk is just a gimmick to get around advertising bans.

You would only need to use formula if your DD isn't eating healthy balanced diet. So unless you're feeding her on McDonalds and not giving her any fruit or vegetables, it should be fine.

Again, it is personal choice and no harm will become her if she stays on formula, but there is no reason to.

The follow on is meant to be sweeter tasting and is more expensive.
