Drying inserts for pocket nappies

Any reason why I shouldn't dry the inserts on a radiator?

I wouldn't do it with my shaped nappies as they went crispy (we had microfibre Bambinex Teddies and Motherease One Size) but I can't see that would matter with inserts for pockets because they're not in contact with the LO's sin.

My inserts are mostly microfibre, but some cotton terry & hemp.

I don't see why not, I sometimes put my Bumgenius & Itti inserts on a heated towel rail if I'm in a hurry. I'm not sure about cotton & hemp, but I do know that with bamboo, the crispiness-factor depends on speed of drying (slower drying = softer result). Hth!

I've dried all my nappies and inserts on radiators when not fine enough for the line. Yes cotton ones go slightly stiff but microfibre is fine.
