My 3 year dd has always had a very gassy stomach. Right from when she was a baby she used to cry alot and pass wind. The doctors said it was colic, but the problem is that she still suffers from this. It varies from day to day and doesn't seem to be linked to any food allergies. She farts(not constantly, but maybe 4-5 times a day) when at nursery and this worries me - as she gets older it starts to get more and more unacceptable. I'm worried she will be bullied for it. Just wondering if any of your lo's do fart in public and how you deal with it.
The doctors don't take it seriously and think they find it amusing more than anything else.
I honestly feel like I can't talk to anyone about this, so would appreciate any thoughts/suggestions.
