Pocket nappy virgin needs your help

Which pocket nappy is best and why?
Also, Can I fold a terry toweling square nappy into a ... Fuzzi Bunz? A Wonderoo? A Minki? Very Baby? Stuffable? Probably any pocket nappy?
Slightly different questions, but can anyone tell me is it ok to tumble-dry 100% hemp nappies, or Ella's House bumhugger nappies?

Mega TIA.

Ok, I need to go to bed but I'll try and answer...

You can use a folded terry in all stuffables, though you might find it too large if you are still on small/medium sizes. The problem with over stuffing pocket nappies is that the wee can run straight off the sides and leak.

Alternatives are to buy special inserts, or use microfibre cloths. You could also cut your terries to size.

I like and use slinki minki, fuzzi and wonderoos (in that order). Fuzzis/wonderoos are slimmer but minkis are more fun .

I have tumble dried hemp nappies-only to finish them off IYSWIM as they would take a blooming age straight from the washer.

fuzzi bunz are best!

have a couple of minkis which i find get damp if used overnight.
wonderoo i HATE
nature babies stuffables are much wider between the legs than the others, and i find that the outer wicks quite a lot

I have a couple of fuzzis but found they were awful stuffed with terries and so I bought the inserts instead.

I have put my Ella's House nappies in the tumble drier but I tend to try to airdry the bumhugger as it is too thick/would take too long in the drier. The normal EH hemp nappy is fine though.

oh and also... following the weird transformations of ukp, where is "the place" to get 2nd hand nappies nowadays? Is it the nappy lady's classified section or Ebay? Anywhere else I should look?

ta!!

Second Fuzzibunz as great pocket nappies. If you can afford it get the wonderoo hemp stuffing as it is thin but absorbs loads. I have mainly the fuzzi microfibre inserts and occasionally pad these out with microfibre cloths from woolworths.
