I'm running out of ideas, and a lot of suggestions I make to my children (eldest, particuarly) are rebuffed. So - what do yours have?
I generally offer (for eg. an after school snack before dinner) -
Toast
Crumpet
Bowl of cereal
Cheese
Fruit
Toasted teacake
The 6yo tends to want something more unhealthy but I don't often give in. I'm just getting a bit bored of offering the same old. Generally, snacks between meals are just fruit - but after school I'm happy to offer something a little more substancial, before dinner.
