hello

what kind of swimming suit is best for a 12mo? i've read on here that neoprene is best to keep babies warm but then there's the ones with in built floats which look quite good for keeping ds stable but i can't find one made with neoprene.

ill be going swimming in a session at a secondary school pool so wont be as warm as a kids pool. thanks.

I found that the suites with the floats tipped my ds forward so his face was in the water. We use a sleeveless wet suit (neoprene) and arm bands.
If you do want floats all the way round I think mothercare do neoprene vest/jackets that have the floats in and they are removable.
