Advice please - projectile wee from dd!!!?!

Well, my first ever post to Mnet (have been lurking for a while) and it's about wee - typical!
Dd is 2.3, and we're heading for the potty-training thing big-time. She quite likes to sit on a trainer-seat (Mothercare) on our loo and will often 'perform', but tends to do amazing projectile wee that goes straight over the top of the splashguard! - Honestly, a boy would be proud of it. It was a real surprise the first time it happened, especially for dh, who was kneeling in front of the loo - that was a complete change of clothes for him and a well-washed face!!
Any advice please from you wise women regarding a more suitable trainer seat or potty?

My dd did this aswell. We asked her to lean forwards when she was weeing and this directed it down the loo. As she got older it sorted itself out.

Try sitting her facing backwards on the loo, that way she can hold on to the cistern as she leans forward a bit.

Thanks ladies.
Have tried your suggestions regarding erm.... 'posture', shall we call it, and it really seemed to help - so maybe I don't have to dash out to find a potty/loo seat with a splash guard 6ft high!
Cheers for that.
