Popper on BG inserts?

Have bought some 2nd hand BG, they each come with 2 inserts, one just a booster, and one with poppers. Can't see what is meant to attach where, can anyone illuminate me? TIA.

The BG Insert can be reduced in size using the poppers. If you look there should be 2 sockets and one stud (not sure I have the terms right, one outy and two innys!). Reduce the size of the insert to match the size of the nappy.

For a newborn / small baby just use the newborn insert / booster. Once they get bigger use just the main insert and once they get even bigger you can use both together. They just lay on top of each other, they don't popper together. Depending on how much of a piddler your LO is, you may find you need to use the main insert and a booster towards the end of their nappy wearing days.
