My ten month old was playing with a barely inflated balloon from Clintons and it popped without me knowing and had this weird tissue/plastic stuff in it. I don't know if my son managed to ingest any but am seriously worried. Does anyone have any idea what it was inside the balloon?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Can't you telephone Clintons and ask them, the info will be on the packaging for the balloons in the shops. They need to be aware of things like that anyway.

I think if you ring NHS Direct they have lists of what's in products and whether or not it's poisonous. At least that's what i did when DS1 and 2 thought it was a good idea to drink plant food.....

Lmao! Ok thank you I'll call it now. Am thinking probably will be fine as you blow them up with your mouth anyway! Thank you :)
