Suggestions for mixed group of children?

DM is organising an Easter Egg hunt for next door's children (6 and 10) and two of her godchildren (7-ish and 11) on Sunday plus my sister's 21 yr old friends (2 girls) who didn't have Easter Egg hunts growing up (!). She wants to keep them entertained with a game for an hour or so in her v small back garden whilst she finishes getting the meal ready.

Normally it wouldn't be a problem as next door's children are resourceful and the little godchild is a sweetie. Her older brother however is a total handful and the reason DM needs some kind of game to keep all of them entertained. I've racked my brains but can't think of anything that would appeal to all of them. Usual sports games are out (garden really is too small and play areas are too far to walk, do activity & come back). DM wanted to buy something but money is tight and the godchildren are unlikely not to have encountered anything we can buy (they have everything they could want materially). Tbh this is the issue with the 11 yr old - quite spoilt and can be very disruptive and aggressive. It's not SN just a case of his parents being a bit PFB and then being unable to temper his behaviour. One thing he won't have will be a PSP/gadget - his parents are quite strict on that end of things.

So... can wise MNers think of a game we can play without buying any toys (we have some balls, paper & pens etc... just basic things) and that will appeal to all four children please? All help gratefully received! :)
