Here goes...to cut a long story short i am seperated from ex for just over 18 months now...access was arranged through the divorce etc, things were ok to begin with involving my son even thou i didnt get on with his father,l i met a new partner back in July which i absolutely adore, i really didnt know that someone could treat you so well.

My partner really got on with my 5 year old at first and still does but I didnt introduce him straight away until we had been dating for 2 months, the past 6 months my son has gradually being influenced by his fathers attitude, he comes home kicking punching and tells me what his dad thinks of me and he tells our son that I dont look after him properly, my son has epilepsy and everytime he has a seizure in school or at home, his dad phones me to tell me that it is my fault. The petty nit picking is getting worse, he is phoning our sons school, epilepsy nurse making false allegations against me and my partner...I contacted the police on sunday as he was outside my home threatening(in front of my son) my new partner...I also have a solictors appointment for next week....the police said to keep a book of all incidents involving this behaviour and produce it to my solictor and maybe look at a civil injunction...my question is should i contact SS over what his father is telling him about me, this is strongly influencing my son or wait for solictors advice...thx for reading
