How do I say this in Italian please?

We are going to Italy in the Easter holidays and my son is a coeliac. How can I say " do you have any gluten free food please?" Thank you .

I think this is right (or close). This is "my son is coeliac, do you have any gluten free food please"

Mio figlio è celiaco. Avete qualche cibo senza glutine per favore

If you are eating out you need to replace cibo with piatti which means dishes.

Italians tend not to use flour as a thickener, so as long as you avoid the obvious gluten you should be OK.
