2 month old not eating as much as she used to

Hi guys, really need some advice if anyone can help me. My two month old daughter is bottlefed and used to eat 4oz every 3 hours and sometimes more if hungry. However for the past week she's only taking 2-3oz every 4 hours and seems totally disinterested when eating. Im sure she'd go even longer between feeds if i didn't initiate it. She seems happy and healthy enough but i can't help worrying. Has anyone had anything similar?

If she's formula fed she can probably go 4 hours between feeds now I suspect. The feeding should be settling down a little now she's 8 weeks. I'm no expert but you can't over feed a baby as I understand it and if she's gaining weight well and weeing and pooing she's eating plenty. They can eat more when they're having a growth spurt and less at others times as well. Hope that helps a little?

I'm no FF expert, but if you were BF then you wouldn't know how much she was taking, so wouldn't be able to worry about it! (well, actually, you would worry about it, but just wouldn't have the amounts to back up the worrySmile)

If she's well otherwise, I'd leave it up to her to decide what she wants.
