Trivial query

My DS is now crawling (dragging) himself around - do you reckon it's better to have a selection of about 15 toys on the playmat for him to go between, or only one or two?

Or do you reckon it doesn't matter in the slightest?

I said it was trivial.....

Its a good idea to rotate your toys to make their interest stretch further. Put at least 3/4 of all toys away in a box out of sight. When your baby gets bored of the remainder swap some new ones in. Its amazing how they react to toys as brand new and interesting after not having seen them for a few weeks.
