I have a yard rather than a garden but this spring weather has made me realise how nice it is to have an extra space to escape into! We have a sandbox, football and DD1 (2 years) has her bike and scooter but it would be nice to have some garden activties - any suggestions?
Thanks At the moment hheir bored within 10 mins and it takes that long to get their coats and shoes on Smile

We have the tinest of gardens, we have a blackboard and chalks (you could get blackboard paint for a wall if appropriate?), stones and diggers / tipper trucks, balls, and pot plants to sew and water.

Cardboard boxed, blankets, pegs, make them a den.
Bubble machine.
Plastic slide.
Watering cans (when it's a bit warmer maybe)
Get them to paint the fence / wall (with water)
Pretend to be frogs / rabbits / puppies etc
Dancing to birdsong / traffic
Hang up rags / clothes on a washing line
Finding daisies / ants etc

When its warmer - a small paddling pool. When its not warm enough fill it with small balls for your own ball pit.
