I know this sounds really bad but i'm thinking of taking up smoking again : ( I used to smoke 10yrs ago but then I had my children and never went back. My life has always been very stressful so the other day I asked my friend for one of hers and had cheeky ciggy it was great : ) any ideas on what I should do? Do you think I could it on occasions I would never do it in front of my children.

Oh don't - you'll have to go through the hideous giving-up process all over again. Think of something else that is a substitute - bizarrely I find taking a few deep breaths helps reduce any cravings. Seriously wonder if one of the pleasures of smoking is that you take a deep deep draw!
