Ds waking up soaked every morning!

And I mean soaked!

I've tried to limit his drinking because this child would drink water constantly if I let him, so he has a cup of water at 3pm with his snack, a small cup at 5pm with his dinner and he has his milk at 6pm in the hope it passes through him before changing him and getting him into bed at 7pm. (he can drink as much as he wants before his nap at 1pm)

It's not like I can go up a size because he's in the Motherease one size nappies with airflow wraps. I've tried putting extra boosters into them but it makes no difference!

Is there any other nappy that's good for 12/13 hour nights that won't have me washing pj's every single day and giving him a red raw bottom from soaking nappies?

Where is he soaking out from? Is it out the top, from the gaps in the wrap or just about everywhere?

If it is the top or the gaps then maybe so more strategic boosting would help (as in extra at the front, being a boy and all) or even a different wrap. A lot of people swear by airflows but we never got on with them and find the rikki much better.

If none of these then to be honest the nappy just isnt absorbant enough for the job and you would be better of with a nappy specifically designed for night times. Have a look at this www.mumsnet.com/Talk/nappies_potty_training_etc/1164197-Mothers-of-Super-Soakers-Unite-I-need-your-creative-ideas-to-stop-leakage

One other thing (depending on DS's age) that may be worth trying is having a go with the potty. My DS is just 2, and for last month or so he will sit on the potty before and after bath if his big sister is on the loo. We have had some success with a last minute piddle which has made a big difference to nappies at night. He isnt ready to potty train, just interested / getting used to at the moment.
