I was wondering about a name tag on the zip so he can spot his quickly??

Does it have a hood pocket thing at teh back? That's where I put teh name tapes on ours. But something hanging from the zip is also good.

Try a colour label from

www.mynametags.com/order.html

With a number of colour choices you might be able to match the colour of the label to the jacket.
