what can i use in the bath?

hi everyone, im stacey :) this is my first thread and im not too sure if this is the right place for my thread (eeek!) iv been using yahoo answers but find that it is quite unfriendly at times :( so i am very knew to this website lol here goes:
iv got a 1 year old, shes got a seat for the bath but shes quite big for her age i would say she looks 1 and a half maybe older (she fits into 18-24 month clothes) so basically shes getting to big for her bath seat but cant sit in the bath because she slides everywhere and i struggle to bathe her. what do other mums out there use? iv tried googling but couldnt really find anything for her size, im not sure if a bath mat would work just yet?

A bath mat should be fine. You can get longer ones these days.

i use a long bathmat. got it from jojo maman bebe becauwe their extra long one really is extra long (unlike the mothercare crappy one)

i digress! a bathmat is what you need

iv just looked at the bebe bath mat and it does look extra secure, thanks very much and not a bad price 2 :D

My DD is 14mo, we've been using a bath mat for a few months since DD demostarted she could escape from the bath seat! She loves bath so much now that she can move around.

DS (5 months) currently just lays in the bath itself - hadn't thought about what I would do when he is sitting up playing and sliding every which way but loose! Bath mat seems like a brill idea though!
