with an 11 month old who doesnt walk yet but doesnt sleep very much either.
Too cold for going outdoors,been swimming yesterday, library the day before, no baby groups in the afternoon in my area...
ive run out if ideas and we are both going mad inside
help!!!

Musical instruments out of pans, plastic tubs and wooden spoons. And sing at the top of your voice.

put him in the bath for some playtime? That was my last resort for ages.

Soft play? Visit someone? Go to a cafe? Go swimming again?

god yes, its hard this bit. DS is finally a fairly confident walker at 18 months so we can go out for a toddle but I hated the previous few months, crap weather and limited scope. Baby rhyme time at the library? Soft play places are good but expensive. Could you build an assault course with cushions in the living room? Also, if you have friends with DCs of similar ages just hang out at each other's houses. They'll have different toys and and you get some company.
