Dressing up for world book day ideas please?

DSs have to dress up for Thurs hoping to recycle costumes we have already although I have gone brain dead at ideas from books?

We have fireman, police, construction worker, racing driver, doctor, pirate but they letter says they cant be characters from books which the tv series or film was produced first - any insight please?

It's been decided - she's definitely going as Tracey Beaker: jeans, stripy top and I'm going to crimp her hair to make it frizzy. Job done!

DD1 is going as the V-E-T from Mog and the V-E-T
doctor's outfit plus toy cat. sorted.
