Hi,
Could anyone share their experiences of the above classes as I have the option to take my DD to one or the other as they are on at the same time, and not sure which would be best?? She will be 16 weeks at the time.
thanks
:-)

I did both with my DC. At 16 weeks I would say that massage was the best, I found that mine got more from yoga when they were toddlers. I found the massage very useful.

It doesn't really matter, imo. It's more for you to meet other mums and have some relaxed time. My class was a mother-and-baby yoga class - bit of yoga for mums, bit of massage/yoga stretches for the baby. So I would choose the one that seems to have the best-qualified teacher.

Personally I preferred baby yoga, ds1 wasn't hugely impressed by the massage. He would never lay down for the whole sessions whereas I think the yoga was more entertaining for him so he was happy to lay there. He was 10-22 weeks when I went to yoga and 22-28weeks when we did baby massage but was still not rolling at all.

Baby maassage is generally better first the after the course has finished move onto baby yoga. I have done massage with all mine when they were from 12 weeks and they have all enjoyed it. I would be doing baby yoga with dd3 but 'the cuts' could be shutting our sure start centre so there will be no clases
