berry, does it matter if you dont have the ECDL at application? The reason i ask is because my college offered the ECDL as part of my access course but i chose the time to have extra maths tuition instead, i didnt think that ECDL was a nescessity for uni? or have i made a balls up?

I have mine I am visiting there today! I think its an elderly acute medical ward, but then she said something about diabetes so who knows. Its at Hull Royal which is good for me because its near.

I visited my placement today it was really fab. Its actually a general medical ward specialising in diabetes and endocrinology. They were really friendly and I am feeling good about it. My mentor seems dead nice.s

Mosschops we go on placement until easter next year I think.
Found out my home trust and its the one I wanted But the bloody gp hadn't sent the form back saying I'm fit to be on course and out on placement so....found out last week from uni so played war at doctors and thy've done the new one I took down and I'm going to personally deliver it to occupational health.

Really nervous wondering where first placement is
Practiced injections today on mannequins...I should say injection. They said thats the only practice we get even for paediatrics though they said they will let me watch until I feel competent. Not looking forward to injecting a child at least an adult understands.
