If DD has a D&V bug, should I cancel DS's activities?

OK so my DD is puking, nasty D&V bug. DS (who is 4) is supposed to be going to a football session tomorrow. He is showing no signs of having this bug, but I can't realistically see how he can avoid it (he is very kind, he has been stroking her hair!!). Am I putting other children at risk if my mum takes DS to football (presuming that he is still showing no signs)? Me and DD would stay at home.

if he is showing no signs tomorrow then I would let him go. DS was sick last night but have sent dd to school today regardless. DS is on the couch with me chilling out and watching pokemon!
