Sorry for shouting bt it is driving me mad finally got all the readings I need on my usb nice and ready to print so I can make notes and actually fecking START my essay due in next friday, and the FUCKKING THING won't print.

It has told me it is out of cyan, so I have replaced it (at fucking cost) even though I can hear half an ink cartridge's worth of ink sloshing around (tried shaking it and replacng, was not playing ball) now it isn't printing right, have FINALLY worked out how to clean the printer heads (?) and it is saying it is out of ink. Again.
BUt won't tell me which colour. and I am not changing them all I AM A STUDENT FFS. If I had enough money to buy endless printer cartridges I would buy fucking staples and make them do it

Sorry ilythia I don't know what to suggest. I normally just screech for DH to sort it.

Have succumbed to fucking messages and opened last pack of printer ink in the house, the pink has leaked all over the pack but I can't do anythign about that as I need this stuff printed tonight, so now my hands are covered in a veritable rainbow of 'run out' ink.

I have even (finally) printed off a photo of our house that DD1's teacher keeps asking for (the outside, not the inside. I hope. Well, that's what she's getting anyway, hello? Student parent? No-one sees inside my pigsty house)

I feel like printing it has been enough for one night though, need a lie down now

OMG I fucking HATE printers!!! They are the work of the devil. I went through about 5 in quick succession before giving up and relying on the ones at work and Uni...they are a bit more reliable generally.

At least you got yours to print in the end :)

I also hate printers lol. Mine seems to disappear from my available printers and needs re-installing at the most inappropriate times.

Ilythia- since becoming a student I have stopped inviting people round. Nearly every room needs decorating.

That is my problem, I can't print at Uni as am now on a placemtn, and my placement is in a school, so you can't print there or the bursar hunts you down and takes away your coffee privileges

Is it HP perchance? My HP sulks and decides if and when it fancies printing. I have had one document in the printing queue for two days now. Still waiting... Waiting...

it's an epsom stylus thingy. It's normally very good, printer/copier/scanner just when I want the fecker to work.

AND my tutor had the fecking cheek today to say that maybe I should print out on another printer as that one makes the 10thish line a bit extended! IF I HAD ANOTHER ONE I WOUDL BE FUCKING USING IT

Mine is so shockingly bad I use te library or a friends (or ds does it for me at college )
